COMPANY POLICY

LOCAL DELIVERY: We deliver from Miami to Jupiter with delivery charges starting at
$ 10.95. Basket orders placed by 12:00 noon EST can be delivered locally the same business day. Any orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be delivered on the next business day. Orders may be placed for future delivery dates. Saturday - deliveries made on orders placed by Friday before 12 noon EST.

SHIPPING: All out of area orders will be shipped UPS Ground. Shipping charges start at $12.95. All other requests for quicker delivery will be quoted upon request.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Boca Gift Baskets reserves the right to make substitutions for items not available. The substituted item will have a similar or greater value.
